AILIPU Dosing Pump for Low Boiling Point Foaming Agents


This series of dosing pumps is mainly used in the production process of XPS boards. It is a key equipment to ensure the accurate injection of low boiling point foaming agents such as carbon dioxide, fluorocarbons, alcohols, and alkanes into the extrusion machine system. There are two options for the injection pump: Piston Dosing Pump and diaphragm dosing pump. The flow rate can be adjusted by manually adjusting the stroke length of the pump piston or by frequency conversion speed regulation. To smooth out the output flow rate fluctuations, a multi-pump dosing system (double pump, triple pump) is usually used.

Plunger Dosing Pump

- The plunger is made of high-hardness ceramic material, which has been transformed from a vulnerable part into a regular part, with a service life of more than 5 years. The high hardness of the material reduces wear and improves the life of the packing.

- The plunger seal adopts a double-seal structure, and the packing adopts a lip-shaped seal form. Under high pressure, the sealing lip tightly adheres to the plunger, achieving good self-sealing and sealing wear repair functions, and improving the reliability of the plunger seal.

- The pump head is equipped with a cooling jacket, and the cooling liquid in the jacket can effectively avoid the vaporization of low-boiling-point foaming agents due to ambient temperature and frictional heating between the plunger and the packing, thus improving the stability of pump flow delivery.

- The high-precision pump inlet and outlet check valves, along with strict valve seal detection methods, ensure the flow measurement accuracy of the pump.

Hydraulic Diaphragm Injection Pump

- The diaphragm pump can achieve zero leakage. When using foaming agents that can affect the environment, it is necessary to consider using a diaphragm pump to effectively prevent environmental harm caused by foaming agent leakage.

- The piston seal structure of the diaphragm pump adopts a piston ring seal. The piston ring has self-sealing and wear repair functions, changing the traditional piston seal which uses packing sealing, and the piston ring becomes a regular part that does not need replacement within 3 years.

- The foaming agent injection pump belongs to a small flow and high-pressure diaphragm pump. Due to the small change in piston volume and the small deformation of the diaphragm under high pressure, along with the presence of leakage in various sealing parts under high pressure, it is easy to have a decrease in pump volume coefficient and an unstable flow rate. Therefore, this series of hydraulic diaphragm dosing pumps use springs to force the diaphragm to reset, effectively keeping the deformation of the diaphragm constant, facilitating the improvement of pump volume efficiency, and ensuring the stability of pump flow rate.

- The valves are processed with high-precision machine tools, and strict sealing detection methods improve the reliability of the pump valve seal. Sealing gaskets between the valves are eliminated in the structural design, and a conical hard seal is used. This not only effectively avoids the seal damage caused by high pressure or valve disassembly, but also facilitates the control of consistent opening and closing stroke for each valve ball, ensuring flow accuracy and stability. In addition, in the valve seat structure design, the valve hole can be used on both sides. Even if one side of the valve hole loses its sealing effectiveness due to wear, the valve seat can continue to be used by flipping it, thus doubling the sealing service life of the Check Valve. It has good convenience and operational economy.

- The hydraulic chamber of the pump is equipped with a pressure relief valve and an automatic oil compensation valve, which can ensure the hydraulic oil filling degree of the diaphragm chamber, improve the stability of pump flow output, and avoid over-pressure operation due to blocked outlet pipelines, achieving automatic pressure relief and effectively protecting the operation safety of the pump and pipelines.

- It has diaphragm rupture monitoring and alarm functions to enhance the operational safety of the pump. The available types of the diaphragm rupture monitoring device are: 1. On-site pressure gauge display; 2. On-site pressure gauge display + remote signal transmission (configuring pressure switches to achieve remote switching signal, configuring pressure transmitters to achieve remote 4-20mA analog signal), transmitting signals to the DCS system, enabling alarms or interlocking pump shutdown; 3. On-site pressure display and audio-visual alarms.
