After finishing the above mentioned checks, users can start the Metering Pump and also should observe and listen attentively to the pump.
Users can loosen the stroke set screw on the adjusting carrier so as to control the flow rate by adjusting the 0.001mm interval scale. As for the JXM-A type pumps, to true clockwise is to increase the flow rate, while for the JZM-A type pumps, to turn clockwise is to decrease the flow rate. All the stroke adjusting scopes are marked in percentage and the minimum interval on the handle is 1%. For adjusting the handle to reach a suitable flow rate, users should tighten up the set screw so as to maintain the flow rate.
