Autumn is a colorful season. The Ailipu staff welcomed the joy of harvest and were busy loading and shipping.This set of equipment is a Chemical Dosing Skid specially manufactured for oil and gas exploration projects.

This equipment has a double-layer structure. The top layer is the storage Tank and the bottom layer is the skid pipeline. The overall layout is compact and the operating space is maximized. The dosing pump in the skid accounts for 80%; the number of pipeline components is large; the proportion of space is large and complex; so the dosing pressure span is large. The pipeline manufacturing process involves socket, butt welding, ferrule ternary mix, and the technical requirements are strict.

The whole set of chemical dosing skid has been produced for several days from the customer`s order, and the Ailipu staff`s requirements in terms of technology are more refined. In order to ensure the maximum benefit of customers, skid designers are more strict in the performance of materials and accessories.
